Andrew Manezhu has worked in various senior positions involving Private Equity Real Estate and infrastructure investments. With a civil and Structural Engineering background, Andrew has lead several projects as a Project Manager including the recently commissioned students accommodation in Chinhoyi, Chinhoyi Varsity Heights.
In his previous roles, Andrew has held a position of Project Manager with First Mutual Properties, a public listed property company and position of Executive officer Works and Engineering Services with Marondera Rural District council with a track record of several successful projects.
As Head of Alternative Investments and Projects at First Mutual Wealth, he supports the General Manager in overseeing management of the Alternative Investments and Projects portfolio. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP®) with the Project Management Institute(USA) and a holder of a MSC in Strategic Management with Chinhoyi University of Technology, amongst other qualifications.
